Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu

I lead a pretty charmed life. My husband cooks for me and our kids every night, yes every night.  I have tried a few times and have usually ended in huge failures.

Well, my husband had to fly to Newport Beach, California (yes, I am jealous) from Sunday - Thursday.  This left me scouring Pinterest to find something that I could make, something, anything!!!!

After looking and looking, I can across a recipe for Chicken Cordon Bleu.  Ha!  I thought, but it is my daughters favorite meal!  After looking farther into the recipe, I saw that the real name of it Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu.  Yes, EASY!!!  That word lures me right in.  But still Im expecting it to be "Easy" to an advanced cook.  Not an extreme beginner like me.

This recipe was AMAZING!  And seriously it was so easy!!!!  I love easy,  I even had the kids help me make it.  Here is my finished product (on a kids plate)
